Our Recreation Staff
Tory is excited to join the I AM 3rd staff! Tory grew up in Danville, where her activities included competitive swimming and soccer. She received an undergraduate degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, and a dual MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience includes management positions in Fortune 500 companies in California, New Jersey, and London, England, and she has led volunteer organizations and worked as a consultant in Tokyo and New York. Most recently, she spent seven years in admissions at Trinity Christian Academy here in Lexington.
Tory and her husband have three children who grew up playing I Am 3rd sports, and Tory served for several years as the team manager for the first I Am 3rd select soccer team: The Galaxy Boys, a team that launched several players who eventually went on to play for Division 1 college teams. It was while serving in that role that her passion for the mission of I Am 3rd grew, and she is thrilled to join I Am 3rd and Centenary to help advance the Kingdom through sports outreach.
My name is Chez Marks. I am from a small town located in Bourbon County named Paris. I graduated from Paris High School were played basketball and then went on to Morehead State University were I received a scholarship to play basketball for Coach Kyle Macy and graduated with a University Studies Degree. After college, I went to Europe to play professional basketball for 9 years. I have two lovely daughters who's names are Ciera and Che'z. Ciera is going to attend Eastern Kentucky University in the fall of 2018, and Che'z who's is a sophomore at Paris High School who loves the sport of basketball as well. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, do yard work and play non competitive basketball, since I am so old now(lol).
My name is Isaac Lee, and I am the Recreation and Facilities Manager here at I AM 3Rd. I was born in Lansing Michigan, but I grew up in Morehead Kentucky. I was fortunate enough to receive an offer to run Track at Eastern Kentucky University, where I ran the hurdles (400 meter and 110 meter). During my time on the track, I helped my team to win two OVC Team championships. While I ran, I got my undergraduate degree in Sport Management and decided to go back to receive my Master's degree in Sport Administration.
I started at I AM 3rd as a sport marketing intern, fell in love with the environment, and knew that God had called me here for a reason.
I am very excited to do God's work here through the ministry of I AM 3rd.
