REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

3-4 Year Old Intro to Soccer Training:    To receive a refund, requests must be received no later than the first session.

League Play:    To receive a 100% refund on the registration fee, requests must be received before the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, the following policies apply:

• 75% refund after regular registration ends, but before the late registration period ends
• 50% refund after late registration ends, but prior to team rosters being posted
• 25% refund after team rosters are posted
• No refunds after the first game

All refund requests must be emailed to soccer@lexchurch.com and include the player’s name, division, current address, and reason.
