I Am 3rd REFUND POLICY

All refunds will incur a $15 processing fee.

Recreational League 

To receive a full refund on the registration (minus $15 processing fee), requests must be received before the general registration deadline. After the general registration deadline, the following policies apply:

• 75% refund (minus $15 fee) after general registration ends, but within two weeks of the late registration period
• 50% refund (minus $15 fee) two or more weeks from the start of the late registration period, but prior to team rosters being posted
• 25%  refund (minus $15 fee) after team rosters are posted
• No refunds after the first game

All refund requests must be emailed to soccer@lexchurch.com and include the player’s name, division, and reason.

3-4 Year Old Intro to Soccer Training

To receive a refund, requests must be received no later than the first session. Refund will incur a $15 processing fee. Submit your request to soccer@lexchurch.com and include the player’s name, class, and reason.

Player Development Academy

Withdrawals, transfers, and refunds are subject to Kentucky Youth Soccer Association rules and the approval of IAM3RD. Contact the PDA director, jonathan.kincheloe@lexchurch.com for more information.
