I Am 3rd® REFUND POLICY

All refunds will incur a $15 processing fee.

Recreational League 

To receive a full refund on the registration (minus $15 processing fee), requests must be received before the general registration period ends. After the general registration period closes, the following policies apply:

• 75% refund (minus $15 fee) during the first week of the late registration period; ONLY if it is still prior to the team roster being posted;
• 50% refund (minus $15 fee) more than a week into the late registration period, ONLY if it is still prior to the team roster being posted;
• 25%  refund (minus $15 fee) after the team roster is posted;
• No refunds after the first game.

All refund requests must be emailed to soccer@lexchurch.com and include the player’s name, division, and reason.

3-4 Year Old Intro to Soccer and Intro to Basketball Classes

To receive a refund, requests must be received no later than the first session. Refunds will incur a $15 processing fee. Submit your request to soccer@lexchurch.com and include the player’s name, class, and reason.

Player Development Academy

Withdrawals, transfers, and refunds are subject to Kentucky Youth Soccer Association rules and the approval of IAM3RD®. Contact the PDA director, jonathan.kincheloe@lexchurch.com for more information.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the camp start date.
• Refunds made at least two weeks prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
• No refunds within two weeks of the camp start date.
